1. Who we are

The ihala mobile application ("ihala", "we", "us") is operated by Creative Minds Dijital Pazarlama Operasyon Çözümleri İç ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi, Türkiye. Contact: info@creativeminds.group

2. Information we collect

Account information: name, mobile number, email address, gender, date of birth, nationality, and login details (including Sign in with Apple or Google).
Booking and service information: appointments, selected clinics, doctors, services and offers, visit history, ratings, gifts, wallet balance and cashback.
Insurance information: when you choose to verify insurance, the ID number and date of birth you enter, and the eligibility result returned by the insurance verification service.
Payment information: payments and installment plans are processed by licensed payment providers (such as Alinma Pay, Tabby and Tamara). We do not store your full card details.
Communications: messages you send to clinics, to our support team, or to the Tammeni assistant.
Location: your approximate or precise location, only while the app is open and only if you allow it, to sort clinics by distance and show nearby offers. We do not track your location in the background.
Photos and camera: images you choose to upload (for example a profile photo or attachments). We access the camera or photo library only when you choose to.
Device and usage information: device model, operating system, app version, notification token, crash reports and basic usage statistics.

3. How we use your information

To create and manage your account.
To book, modify and manage appointments with clinics.
To process payments, installments, wallet credits, cashback and gifts.
To verify insurance eligibility when you request it.
To send appointment reminders, offers and service notifications (push, SMS or WhatsApp), which you can control from your device settings.
To provide customer support and answer your questions through Tammeni.
To improve app performance, fix errors and keep the service secure.

4. Sharing your information

We share information only as needed to provide the service:

With the clinics and doctors you book with or contact.
With service providers acting on our behalf, including cloud hosting, Google Firebase (notifications, analytics, crash reporting), Google Maps, payment and installment providers, insurance verification services, messaging providers for WhatsApp notifications, and AI service providers used to generate Tammeni responses.
When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users and the service.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Health-related information

Booking information may reveal health-related details. We use it only to deliver the services you request and share it only with the relevant clinic and the providers listed above.

6. Data retention

We keep your information while your account is active and as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal and accounting obligations, and resolve disputes. We then delete or anonymize it.

7. Your rights and choices

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting info@creativeminds.group. You can withdraw location, camera, photo and notification permissions at any time from your device settings.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Children

ihala is not intended for children under 13. Bookings for minors should be made by a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.
